Lieutenant General Rick Lynch Joins RE2, Inc. Advisory Board

RE2, Inc. announced today that Lt. Gen. Rick Lynch (U.S. Army, Retired) has joined the Company as a consultant and member of the RE2 Advisory Board to provide guidance regarding robotic defense technologies, market strategy, leadership, and organizational development.

Lynch graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1977 and was commissioned as a Regular Army engineer officer. Lynch attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Robotics.
Lynch's military career spanned nearly 35 years. He assumed command of the Marne Division and Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield in June, 2006. The Division Headquarters and subordinate brigade combat teams deployed to Iraq in early 2007, where he assumed command of the Multi-National Division Center in Baghdad, Iraq, in April, 2007. Upon his return from Iraq, Lynch commanded III Corps and Fort Hood, from July 2008 to September 2009. Lynch commanded the U.S. Army's Installation Management Command (IMCOM) responsible for managing all 163 installations in the US Army. Overseeing a $12.3 billion budget and a worldwide workforce of 120,000, IMCOM focused on providing U.S. Army Soldiers, Families and Civilians with a quality of life commensurate with their quality of service. He also served as the assistant chief of staff for installation management (ACSIM) from November 2009 to November 2010. He retired from active duty on January 1, 2012.
