We will have both our sanitary and industrial conveyor platforms on display at WestPack this year.
Dorner’s newly enhanced AquaGard 7350 Conveyor features a modular curve chain option is the industry’s safest and most advanced conveyor in its class. It’s the only side-flexing modular belt offered in North America to meet the new International Standard for maximum 4 mm openings; the upper and lower chain edges are covered for added safety. Additionally, the stainless steel center bearing chain brings added performance, including the ability to have more curves per motor, all while carrying a greater load capacity.
We will also be previewing a soon-to-be released new product designed for medical, life sciences, automation, electronic and other assembly industries. Stop by Dorner’s booth to see this product before it’s officially launched!
When you get a chance to walk the exhibit hall floor yourself, what is it you will be most interested to see? Any educational sessions, pavilions etc. you plan on attending?
We always look forward to seeing the new technologies and innovations the other exhibitors bring to the event. Additionally, as end-users continue to automate and innovate their facilities, it’s exciting to discuss their applications and help them find the right solution to optimize their processes.
Advanced Manufacturing is undertaking rapid advancements, be it 3D Printing and the materials used to automation and robotics. Automation Technology is a huge part for many manufacturers, give us an idea on how your company and product is being utilized now in the smart factory.
Conveyors, although often a last thought, can play a pivotal role in the optimization of a manufacturing facility. A processing line can only go as fast as the slowest piece of equipment. The conveyor and the entire line is limited by the slowest machine on the line.
Our goal is never to be the limiting factor in efficiency, but rather a leader. With our conveyors, we focus on precision and product orientation. Every product should be in the exact location, at the exact time, and in the exact position for the next piece of equipment. The simplicity of conveyors should not be overlooked.
Give us your thoughts on what the future holds for manufacturers and automation technology.
As automation continues to develop, we will see a variety of new technologies that will incorporate various automation tools like robots and precisions conveyors. Companies today are doing whatever they can to improve their production lines to keep pace with high demands, growing labor shortages, changing product requests, and more. Our customers need conveyor systems that are efficient, flexible, and reliable. Our focus is on engineering solutions that optimize our customers’ other automated processes.
