Bebot, the world's most advanced AI concierge, launched service for private accommodation facilities.

Beginning with September 2017, B-spoke Co., Ltd has launched AI (artificial intelligence) chat concierge "Bebot (Bebot)" for foreigners and tourists in Japan using the private accommodation facilities. The company aims that by automating customer service work with artificial intelligence, the entire process can contribute to reducing the burden on facilities used and improving guest satisfaction.

"Bebot" is a chat bot that made it possible for artificial intelligence to handle concierge work for foreigners who visited Japan for the first time in 2016. The cloud service linked with VRcon is equipped with translation function in multilingual language, text to speech function (Speech to Text), text to speech function (Text to Speech), FAQ answer function using machine learning. By linking VRcon with these cloud services of natural language processing, the foreign language question received by the communication robot is converted to Japanese and displayed on the operator side Translation of the response in Japanese by the operator into an arbitrary foreign language and utterance from the communication robot.
