Your company will be exhibiting at Automate 2017, what is it that makes this an important event for your company?

Automate is the premier show for the industrial robotics industry. We are able to showcase our latest robotics technologies to our key customers including systems integrators and end-users.

What can a visitor to your booth expect to see this year?

 Visitors can see a few different robot applications in our booth this year - from robots playing games on a tablet to a pharmaceutical robot for biocontamination control to robots using vision-guided conveyor tracking to pick fast-moving parts.

Any new products you will be introducing?

We will be introducing our new Cooperative Motion function of an RC8 controller with two of our VS-068 six-axis robots.

When you get a chance to walk the exhibit hall floor yourself, what is it you will be most interested to see?

 It will be interesting to see new robot arms, robots doing applications never seen before and other new technologies.

Automate 2017 has over 100 educational sessions, is your company involved in any of them this year?  

DENSO will be leading an Expert Huddle this year at Automate. The discussion topic will be "How do you Determine the True Cost of Ownership for Robotics?" The huddle will be held Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 1:00 PM.

When you book a booth for a tradeshow like this what are your expectations and what does your company hope to accomplish at the event?

The Automate show gives DENSO an opportunity to strengthen its relationship with existing customers, to show them the new technologies and solutions we are developing for them. The show also provides us an excellent opportunity to discover new customers and business opportunities.

3D Vision: Ensenso B now also available as a mono version!

This compact 3D camera series combines a very short working distance, a large field of view and a high depth of field - perfect for bin picking applications.
