AUVSI XPONENTIAL 2016 - What to Expect from Micromo!

Sheryl Yengera | Micromo

Your company will be exhibiting at XPONENTIAL 2016 (formerly AUVSI) this year, what is it that makes this an important event for your company?

MICROMO was been part of XPONENTIAL/AUVSI  since 2010.  We have been a strong partner to the unmanned systems market, and our work in the market has grown steadily over the past few years.

What can a visitor to your booth expect to see this year?

We launched new products during 1Q (including the 1024 SR DC Motor and the 20/1R planetary gearhead), and we will have new launches to announce at the show.  In addition, visitors will learn about our custom design work and our full range of motion solution offerings (which include brush DC motors, brushless DC motors, piezo motors, stepper motors, linear servo motors, gearheads, encoders, controllers, micro mechanical systems and more).  Our team of Application Engineers will be at the show.

Any new products you will be introducing?

We have new launches that will be introduced at the show. In addition, our 1Q launches included the 1024 SR DC Motor and the 20/1R planetary gearhead.

When you get a chance to walk the exhibit hall floor yourself, what is it you will be most interested to see?

Our team of Application Engineers will be looking for new technologies and trends  and the opportunity to see current customers and start work with new ones.

XPONENTIAL has over 100 educational sessions, is your company involved in any of them this year?

MICROMO is currently exploring education sessions for participation.  We also invite attendees to stop by the MICROMO booth (1124) and learn about our technologies.

When you book a booth for a tradeshow like this what are your expectations and what does your company hope to accomplish at the event?

MICROMO’s goals for the show center on the opportunity to showcase not only our products but our capability in the North American market.  MICROMO is part of the global FAULHABER Group, and we have the benefit of the Group’s worldwide resources and capabilities.  Through our Engineering, Clean Room Assembly and Machining centers in North America, we offer true design partnership (not just a vast inventory of high performance motion technologies).  In addition, we hope to strengthen existing relationships in our market and build new partnerships.
